With 25+ years of customer service experience, Amanda loves travelling across the region to ensure top notch brand representation amongst staff, customers and our communities. Specializing in staffing, training, and support to our team, her favourite part of working in the industry is facilitating change around cannabis stigmas, alongside a brilliant group of likeminded humans.

Nick is our Inventory and Procurement Manager here at A Little Bud. Nick started in the cannabis industry at the top of legalization in 2018. That experience’s value has proven overtime to both improve inventory efficiency and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Nick’s customer first, data driven approach ensures the products you want are here, and fresh as possible, making the most of every dollar for both the customer and company.

Randy’s vision for how a cannabis retailer should operate is evident in everything A Little Bud does. Randy’s awareness of how no one accomplishes anything truly meaningful alone is the foundation for ALB’s commitment to the community. Randy is on the Board of Directors for Brella Community Services Society and a finalist for the Business Leader of the Year 2024 Under 40 as recognized by the White Rock South Surrey Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy has been with A Little Bud since the opening of its first medical-use dispensary in 2017. In addition to guiding A Little Bud through the process of obtaining cannabis licenses, he and the team are passionate about being ambassadors for cannabis and pillars of their communities in British Columbia. From establishing SOPs, integrating payment systems to navigating the complexities of the cannabis industry’s regulations, Jeremy has been instrumental in the framework of A Little Bud.

Joining the company in 2022 Nick began his time at A Little Bud by putting a spotlight on the amazing things that were taking place long before he arrived. Over the past years he has lead projects such as the Festival of Lights, Cannagolf, Whistler 4/20 and more to help fight stigmas associated with the cannabis industry.
