We are beyond excited to announce that A Little Bud is a finalist for the Service Excellence Award at the 2024 Whistler Excellence Awards! This honour, presented by the Whistler Chamber of Commerce, celebrates businesses that have industry-leading customer service and have made an impact on the Whistler experience by introducing and implementing strategies that result in consistently exceeding customers’ expectations.

A Double Honour Before Our 1-Year Anniversary

In addition to being finalists for the Service Excellence Award, A Little Bud was also a finalist for the Best of Pique awards for Customer Service and Best New Business in Whistler this year! Receiving these two remarkable honours before we even celebrate our 1-year anniversary on October 21st, 2024, is beyond what we could have imagined. The support we’ve received from the community has been overwhelming, and it’s clear that we’ve earned a special place in the hearts of locals as Whistler’s favourite cannabis store.

 

 

Achieving the Highest Score in the Secret Shopper Program

The reason A Little Bud became a finalist for the Service Excellence Award is our top performance in the Whistler Chamber’s Secret Shopper program. We recorded the highest score ever performed over the course of the 8 week evaluation process, which is a reflection of our team’s consistent dedication to providing exceptional customer service. The award recognizes businesses that significantly enhance Whistler’s guest experience, and we couldn’t be more proud of the role we play in this vibrant community in Whistler and Function Junction.
